Inspired by the nautical traditions of the Salish Sea, Off Kilter combines the earthy flavors of our Red Alder with Pike Brewing Company's Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale. The semi-soft body and sweet finish come as a result of frequent beer washes in our fine aging facility.
